Arrival support
Reviewed and supported through delivery
Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Artwork must be undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging; you pay return shipping. Contact us first for instructions.
For damaged, defective or materially incorrect artwork, send artwork and packaging photos within 10 calendar days for a free replacement including delivery. Your statutory rights and help with later-discovered defects are unchanged. Full returns and damage policy.
